The program provides School Age Program (SAP) staff with continuous training on youth development, health, safety, nutrition, child guidance and activities to provide a safe and child-friendly environment. Our staff to child ratio is 1:12 (one adult for every 12 children). High yield activities such as swimming, field trips, etc. require a 1:8 ratio.
