Is getting out into the Colorado Backcountry with a destination in your mind and a pack on your back something that interests you? Outdoor Recreation would love to help make that a possibility. In this class, the professionals at Outdoor Recreation will use all the knowledge they have acquired over the years in the backcountry to help teach you the basics of backpacking. The goal of this course is to help participants get one more step closer to the goal of getting into the backcountry. Topics from how to properly pack your pack to what to do in emergency situations will all be covered, plus more.
