Policy

All guest rooms are designated non-smoking. Non-adhearance to this policy will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee and could result in removal from on-base lodging. In addition, 21SW has established a base smoking policy which restricts tobacco use to designated areas only. Lodging smoking areas for each building are identified by “designated smoking area” signs.

With the exception of pets certified to assist the disabled, pets are only authorized in pet-friendly rooms. Pet owners will be charged a $10 fee per night regardless of how many pets. There will be a limit of two pets per unit. At check-in, pet owners must sign a pet agreement and provide Pikes Peak Lodge with current shot records. Housekeepers must enter the room daily to inspect for damages.

There is a pet policy guideline (Pet Policy Agreement) located at the front desk to further answer any questions or concerns. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations. For your convenience, a list of area kennels is included in our information book and at the front desk.

It is the responsibility of all guests to safeguard their belongings. For your peace of mind, we have provided safes in the rooms at no cost to you. If you have questions concerning any legal liabilities or claims, please contact the 21st Space Wing Legal Office at 556.4871, Bldg 861.

One parking space per room is provided in the parking lots adjacent to all our quarters. If you have additional vehicles, please see the Front Desk for assistance with overflow parking. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass or any unpaved surface. Vehicles in violation of this policy will be towed by order of the Security Forces.
