Get started in the world of mountaineering with this hands-on introductory course designed for beginners. Learn essential skills like mountain travel, gear use, route planning, anchor building, and basic safety techniques from experienced instructors. This class is the perfect first step for anyone dreaming of exploring high peaks and alpine terrain with confidence.
Cost: $40/person
Restrictions: Must be 10 years or older. Participants must weigh more than 90 lbs.
Location: Cheyenne Mountain
Sign-up deadline: October 16, 2026 by 5 pm
Cancellation deadline: October 23, 2026 by 12 pm
