Please read and familiarize yourself with all of our rental policies. All pricing is subject to change.
CAMPING - TRAVEL TRAILERS
Campers may be rented Memorial Day weekend through October. You may reserves campers up to 30 days in advance. Our campers are not designed for off-grid camping and will result in some or all features of the camper not working properly.

Make Your Reservation
Details
- Your first reservation must be made in person. Once in our system, you may simply call for reservations.
- Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
- Campers must be rented for a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
Step 2
Travel Trailer Orientation Course
Orientation Course
Prior to picking up your camper rental, you must complete our approved online courses on towing and camping with travel trailers and provide the certificates to be attached to your account. The courses take approximately 2 hours to complete. Course will be given at time of reservation.

- Pick up appointments may be scheduled M-F 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Detailed instructions will be provided for your specific trailer and hitch set up; please plan for pick up to take at least an hour. If you are more than 15-minutes late, your pick up will need to be rescheduled.

SKIING / SNOWBOARDING
Fittings: A new fitting form must be completed each ski season. Fittings can be completed in-person Monday – Friday from 10 am – 5 pm. A current fitting form is required to make a reservation.
Reservations: Reservations can be made up to a maximum of 14 days in advance and a minimum of 2 days in advance if there is a fitting form on file for the current season. (Note: this differs from our general rental policies)
Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are welcome and managed on a first come, first served basis. Due to a limited quantity, we do not take reservations for ski/snowboard pants and jackets.

General Rental Policies
Rental Rates
All rental equipment has a minimum one-day charge. Rental charges start the day you pick up the equipment. Equipment is due back no later than 5 p.m. the day it is scheduled to be returned. Sundays are not taken into consideration with determining fees.

Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance of the date of pick-up. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. Reservations can be picked up anytime during business hours.

Cancellations
No refunds will be given for reservations over holiday weekends, otherwise canceled reservations will receive a full refund. If you do not pick up your reserved equipment, and do not cancel, no refund will be given.
Early / Late Returns
Early Returns: No refunds will be given for early returns.
Late Returns: Equipment returned after 5:00 pm on the scheduled return date will be assessed the daily rental rate, each day, until the equipment is returned.
Loading & Unloading
Customer is responsible for loading and unloading their rental equipment into their vehicle/trailer, ensuring items are secure, and attaching any towable items to their vehicle. Outdoor Recreation staff is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the loading/unloading process.
Bounce Castles require three persons able to lift 100lbs at pick up and drop off.
Canoes and kayaks require at least 2 people able to lift 50lbs.
Condition of Equipment
It is the responsibility of the renter to inspect each item thoroughly before leaving our facility. If an item has damage or a defect, it will be noted on your rental contract, or a replacement will be provided if available. Any damage and/or defect at return, that has not been noted on your rental contract will be the responsibility of the renter to pay for repair or replacement. The renter is responsible for lost, stolen, or broken beyond repair equipment, while the equipment is in their possession.
Inclement Weather
Outdoor Recreation is not responsible if equipment is not used due to weather conditions or other circumstances that may prevent the customer from using the equipment.
Base Closure
If the base is closed to non-essential person on a day you are scheduled to pick up the equipment, a refund will be provided. If the base is closed to non-essential person on a day you are scheduled to return equipment, the equipment is due back the next business day, no late fees will apply.
Delayed Reporting
If a delayed reporting is in effect for non-essential personnel, ODR will be open 30 minutes after the designated reporting time.
