Every Saturday at 10 a.m.

  • WEIGHT LIFTING – Designed to improve muscular strength, aid in weight loss, and prevent the loss of muscle mass.
  • CARDIO – Reduce the risk of heart attach and underlying conditions such as high blood pressure.
  • CORE TRAINING – Stabilizes back muscles, improves balance, promotes postural control, and improves breathing.

Strengthen your resolve.
